Love Nandos but this place really let the name down on a visit to Manchester. Really slow service with only one guy serving the entire place. Lots of customers waiting an age for food that had been sat for ages meaning lukewarm food. Really disappointing.

Fairly quick service, decent quality food, however the rice were the epitome of something out of an uncle bens, and the portion of the chicken butterfly was quite ridiculous. Can't really fault the convenience though...

Absolutely beyond unhygienic. Toilets were an absolute state. The floor was disgusting, mess on the tables and chairs we were seated at. Asked to move tables at a man saw a vulnerable child, started speaking in a different language then coughing in her direction and laughing. Sat very close to others no space what so ever. When we explained what had taken place manager refused to allow us to sit in a different area claiming not enough staff. Therefore vulnerable child had to wear her raincover over her buggy. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. Staff put the olive plate on table and toothpicks directly onto the table which was not clean. You can't pay me to come back here.

People giving 5 stars have absolutely never tried better food in my opinion. Food is slightly expensive and portions are small, chicken wings, mashed potatoes and chips were served cold. Staff is friendly but definitely the place and food is not value for money.

Food was OK but staff weren't great, especially the guy on the door who was sullen at best. And then there's the app ordering, overly complicated, crashed, lost part of the order, wanted my personal details, then hung on payment so no idea whether it had gone through. What would have taken seconds at the till took nearly 20 minutes of grief. Mumbled apology about app ordering being safer in Covid times despite no social distancing, no mask wearing, no temp checks and a full restaurant. Nandos used to be so simple, they've now ruined the experience.
