Chicken Livers were cooked perfectly. The food was nice and hot. Did not have to wait for so long like other branches. The staff was very helpful. There is a wheelchair access and you will need help with the door to enter but staff is always there so no issue. The restaurant is kept tidy. Overall had no issues with the food. I would recommend this branch.

Ordered a takeaway from harrow branch. Chicken smells funny and the sauce tastes raw. very disappointing. Though they refund my money back.the manager was apologetic but he said he never had complain like this. However we never had experience like this before as we always order from South Harrow branch. As they are very friendly and the quality of the food is always on its taste.

Fantastically managed store, lovely staff and management that go the extra mile as always great food and environment. It is quieter than its sister store at St George's if I have limited time require faster service and/or want a quieter place to eat in meal on my own.

Amazing staff. most helpful and responsible when our orders got mixed up. Great place!

Took ages to get us a table even tho it wasn't busy. Potatoe mash was cold. 2 year old daughter was given crayons which was nice while we ate. It's a shame they dont have baby changing toilets.

I can't say enough about my favorite restaurant, Nando's Harrow. I always go with the Beanie Wrap which is so good! The staff is courteous and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. All in all, it's a great time to come here for delicious food and friends!

The manager here was a lovely lovely lady who was so warm and welcoming but it really ruined the night when me and my son went to the bathroom to wash our hands only to see the lady who served us come out of the toilet after using it and not wash her hands!!! She simply walked out. We watched her the rest of the night she didnt wash her hands once made us feel sick was so disturbed

Amazing service and the usual great food! Accommodated me especially when I asked for a table near to a plug socket and I was given a comfy seat/table upstairs (which was empty) and wasn’t left to my own devices once given 🥳 7/12/21

Food is great as always (across all stores). The service from staff in Harrow was fantastic. Friendly and accommodating.
