There was a man who looked like a manager, but did not act as such. I believe his name was Mark; he gave off a completely aggressive vibe and attitude - not at all friendly or welcoming. In fact my entire experience was ruined by the way he spoke to staff, the manner in which he approached them and the tone in which he spoke to customers. I will never be coming back here as long as he works here. Best wishes.
