Bad customer service. I went to this place for the first time, the waiters never guided me about the self order service and I had been waiting in the table thinking that someone would take my order. It's highly disappointing that the customer service is very poor. I had visited after hearing good reviews from my friends. But I personally didn't like this place and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Absolutely adore this Nandos! The staff are fantastic, the food was excellent and the service was very fast. We were offered our choice of seats, something I always massively appreciate, and got a lovely booth. Apart from a few crumbs on the seat it was lovely and clean. All the glassware and crockery was clean and readily available and the condiments were fully stocked. The only slight downer was that our mains were delivered when we weren't even halfway through our starter, so some of the food was a bit cold by the time we got to it (staff offered to put it under the hot lights, but this would have dried it out), but overall it was a great trip to a great restaurant. I've been many times before and am sure I'll go many more times.

Chicken was completely overcooked, dry and tasted like charcoal. Chips and halloumi very nice but did not redeem disappointing meal.

My favourite Nando's. My family often eats here and it is very consistent in terms of quality.

Was just looking for a quick lunch and this was perfect, tried there new BBQ garlic spice and it was so tasty. They dealt with my gluten free requirements no issue. Only thing. I would say is would be better if they had some gluten free buns as well.

Very friendly, smiling staff. Fast service and a clean environment. We had to wait for our table but we were notified when it was available and we were seated as soon as we returned. Food was lovely and well presented.

Food was nice, standard Nandos, good service and the food and drinks came out really quickly. We didn't have to wait to be seated (although it was 6pm on a Friday so pretty early). A good place to eat before or after the cinema. Especially as it has the most veggie options of any of the other food places there (Five Guys and Burger King).

As regular Nandos people we usually allow 90 minutes from walking in and leaving to go to the cinema. This allows for a 30 minute wait just in case however the staff were very pedestrian in every aspect and resulted in us being timed out. If you are going to continue to operate a no booking in advance model, then you should allow the ability to save your order in the basket to send once you have the table number. This alone would save a lot of time. Appreciate, the Covid challenge you face but you have to sharpen up in the areas you can, as others have done, such as turning around tables much quicker.

Please correct open times as it’s says 10pm close but we arrived at 9pm and was told by an employee it was closed.
