This review is for the non-nails related services. My friend and I went in to enquire about facials which were advertised on the flyer in the shop. But the beautician blatantly refused service. She said she does them only at home which was an obvious lie and then plainly said: "No". The girls at the nail bar were shocked and stared with their eyebrows raised. It was very unpleasant and unprofessionally handled. If you don't want to do that kind of work don't advertise it or at least explain why the treatment wouldn't work for my skin? There must be better ways to deal with it. I really have no idea why this woman refused service. Was it racism? Was it something else? I suppose she has the right to it but customers should be warned.

Really strange experience with the beautician, when I expressed interest in getting a facial done: she didn’t want to do it - fair enough but her behaviour and excuse were incredibly strange “I don’t know” she said. The ladies in the studio stare at us. And when i asked her why, she hesitantly said: “I do it at home” and that was it from her. The other ladies still stare. Pretty much baffled, as she clearly wanted to get rid of me, I checked her flyer again and it doesn’t mention anywhere that she’s doing it at her home. I’ve heard before: that there’s no capacity or the facial I want mighty not be the right one or facials only with appointments... But this was a very strange, strange encounter!

Very pleased with the work. However, not as durable as i thought. It started chipping off on the third week and lost three nails on the beginning of fourth week. Otherwise, great job!

Very lovely ladies here. Walk in appointments. Great selection of things to do and colour. Clean. Great location. I got served by a lovely Lauren and she made sure my mini manicure was spot on by the time my taxi arrived to the airport. Will definitely be visiting again when next in town.
