Nailsea Electrical bristol

Well I never take out "extra cover" when I buy anything because its normally a rip off. However on this occasion I did take out the extra cover on a washing machine. I spoke to Nailsea Electrical and explained the rubber seal was broken and leaking - within 12 hrs they attended and confirmed their own cover would sort the issue - they were brilliant - Becky was friendly helpful and what you would hope for in customer service - well done Nailsea Electrical. 10/10

I have always bought my electric appliances from John Lewis due to good customer service and guarantee but Nailsea Electrical Customer services is second to none especially Chris in customer service and the lady in sales. I bought an electrical cooker and it was slightly faulty but they sorted it out at lightning speed.

We are very happy with our new kitchen (masterclass h-line) and equipment which was supplied by Nailsea electrical. Daniel was particularly brilliant from start to finish by helping with the design, giving valuable honest input and liasing with our builders (including an on site measurement). The delivery team were also friendly and efficient. have no concern recommending Nailsea Electrical for a new kitchen!

OMG what can I say!!! After spending sometime on the phone with versus repair people who all said different things about my washing machine that needed repairing or replacing I thought I would come to Nailsea Electrical and what a outstanding store this is and the staff are just amazing. Not only were the staff so friendly but so honest about the fact I would be better off replacing my old machine without being pushy. The young lady went though my opinions and offered me a very good price but what was really outstanding the all team worked together (fitters as well) and said I could have it all delivered and fitted today and it was already gone 2.30 I went home and two minutes later the fitters came to my front door, these poor guys had a really hard job on there hands fitting the new integrated washing machine but they never gave up and before I knew it, it was done. This is unbelievable service and I will always recommend this store to anyone and everyone.

Highly recommend these guys. Sorted out all the appliances for our new kitchen at a great price. We dealt with Giles and he was brilliant. Nice to know the art of sales isn't dead! No hard sell, just friendly, knowledgable and ultimately all at an incredibly competitive price. I will definitely be back when we next need something!
