Asked for a simple French tip design, came out horrible. Way too expensive for the job they did. The shape is terrible and there’s flakes of glitter in my nails. The French tips are not even and all messy. My finger was bleeding after and they were so rude. I have never received such bad service and a job done. Do not recommend at all.

My sister and I went for a pedicure, and the staff were extremely friendly & very professional. Sometimes there is a little language barrier, however there are many wonderful and patient staff who can understand and help with whatever you need. Thank you for the service!

Horrible horrible service. Did the wrong colour shellac. Extremely rushed when getting my nails done. It is supposed to be a relaxing experience. They filed my fingers down as they rushed that much so all 10 of my fingers are bleeding. They say they have no eftpos so they don’t have to pay tax. Do not take care of their customers one bit. Worst nail salon I’ve ever experienced. Do not recommend.

My wife booked into this place for a wedding event she was going to. Nails cracked underneath and would not remove by normal methods, just had to wait weeks for them to outgrow and pop off. Its like it was super glued to her nail bed. When they applying the acrylics they kept yanking her fingers to make it easier for them.. would not recommend. My wife had to tell the person multiple times what she wanted, responded with you want pointy or round?? Over and over, crazy awkward communication style. You have to pay cash and you dont find out about that till at the end and you go to pay.. so made us go to an atm to withdraw cash to pay very annoying.. especially since they are doing that as an obvious strategy to evade taxes. 100% would never recommend. I wish I could give this place less than 1 star.

Poor poor service, asked for SNS received acrylic, didn’t listen to me at all. My daughter had shellac and the lady cut her toe. When we told the other lady about this she said no she didn’t, bad service I would never recommend to anyone
