Before I start: the pedicure was good - but not worth £35. That’s a London price! But: -dirty saloon & not properly disinfected - hairdresser customer didn’t wear masks - non gel nails took extra long to dry - machines were old and took a few clicks to work - I asked for a simple two colour flag on my nails - they were unable to do it - the single colour came out with dots on it, perhaps they didn’t clean the nails properly after filing - I had issues communicating as whilst the staff is nice, they just don’t speak enough English The hairdresser is nice, I didn’t use her but she looked like she knew what she was doing

The best nail shop in Middlesbrough. The guy who did my nail was so friendly and delivered a great work. My nails lasted for months no issues at all. I highly recommend them.

Please ask permission before touching someone’s belongings, you put oil on my leather shoes, if you had asked me first I would have put them on myself, you probably picked it up about 3 times with dirty, greasy or wet hands even though I told you I don’t want them on and put them aside. I had a wedding to go this is why I had to wear that pair, but for next time I know to bring slippers or cheap flip flops. Such an unorganised dirty salon. No health and safety measures for covid at all. The staff are unprofessional and will keep you waiting for hours despite having an appointment.
