Tried to drop off an Amazon return via Hermes Parcelshop service. First time I visited the store was closed during advertised opening hours with no note on the door and the second time I was rudely told my parcel was too big (1m long by 20cm by 20cm). Very disappointed.

Claiming my package and I sense the arrogance attitude of this man. He tight up with Hermes but he doesn't accept some packages. What a waste of time! if you are not happy to accept package decline courier companies rather than your stressing and wasting other peoples' time.
