Nabru Self Assembly Sofas london

We can't fault the service, delivery and quality of our Nabru sofa. 7 years ago we took a leap of faith and ordered our first sofa from Nabru as we couldn't find the size we wanted anywhere else. The sofa met all our requirements for a great price. Roll forward to 2019 and we were looking for something larger and Nabru were our first choice. The newly opened showroom in Bradford was brilliant and helped us make decisions over cushion size, arm style and fabric. The gentlemen in the showroom was extremely helpful and polite, and the online 'design your own' tool was great. We finished decorating one Saturday, submitted our order that evening and after 2.5 hrs on the following Tuesday evening our new sofa was in place. Yes you have to be prepared to do some hard work in putting it all together but it is worth it (the instructions and process are pretty fool proof) . For choice, friendliness, value and speed I will always recommend Nabru. From a happy repeat customer.

I’ve been a customer of Nabru for 14 years when I bought my U-shape sofa. In that time I’ve changed my covers 3 times when I changed decor and they have never disappointed me. The selection of fabric and colours is fantastic. Quality is superb and very comfortable. Customer service is brilliant. Very helpful and always friendly.

We are very pleased with the service and our sofa bed from nabru. I ordered some material swatches, which was helpful when choosing as there’s so much choice of colours and fabrics. I had a question prior to ordering, which was answered quickly by email. We took advantage of the free scatter cushion option, which are a really nice addition. I would recommend these, at £13 they are excellent value. The sofa bed was straightforward to put up and took two of us about an hour. It looks great and although not used yet the bed looks suitable for occasional use.

I could not be more pleased with my new sofa, I have recently bought from Nabru. It looks just like the photos and is very comfortable indeed. It arrived on time and the driver rang about an hour before he arrived. He was polite and courteous. Paid the showroom visit back in late October. Lady there was very helpful. I bought these for my holiday let where the space is very limited. For the price I'm very very impressed with the quality and the comfort. I'm also quite pleased that you can take the covers off and washed them and there are also spares available too.

The size of the entrance to my home rather forced my hand into buying a flat pack sofa. What I wasn’t prepared for was the wonderful service and amazing product I’ve received! I absolutely love my new piece of furniture and will be purchasing more to keep filling my home! A real personal service which I love too, it makes all the difference. Thank you!

We ordered a 4x4 corner unit and thought it would be wise to pay for installation too. The installation was great and the guys were very helpful and tidy. The sofa itself looks great, is comfortable and, as an added bonus, if we ever decide to change it up with new colours, arms, seats, we can order the spare bits! All in all we are really pleased..

I ordered a replacement set of covers for my daughter for her sofa set. These were a Christmas present for her and my son-in-law. I had difficulty with placing my order on the website but a young man from your company was very helpful and took my order over the phone. The covers were delivered as promised on the arranged day and my daughter was very pleased with them. Many Thanks for an excellent service.

We love our two design your own sofas which you have supplied to us. They are really comfy, are of a great quality and they were delivered on the day I chose. We paid extra for the assembly to be done for us at our house. The member of your staff was prompt, contacted me to advise of the approximate delivery time on the day and assembled both sofas quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend Nabru.
