Customer for a few years now. Initially because of a frozen shoulder. Had tried various masseuse but Na Na's intense treatment gave me the best results. The better you explain your issues, the better the result you get. Be specific about how intense you want your pressure: they are very good at finding tension and can be quite painful working at it if you say you can stand the pain, or else can be very relaxing if that is what you ask for. Each lady has their own style so I suggest trying each one before deciding on who you prefer as your regular masseuse. They offer a massage service, nothing more, so be respectful.

Never go to the Margaret street branch. I went there Sunday afternoon, the lady even asked me to pay cash first cause Eftpos out of service. The experience I had was awful, she wasn’t professional at all, no pressure just sliding with oil. Not even worth to get one star. Avoid this place if you want to save yourself from a bad experience.
