Dreadful. My mother had a fall at home in 2012, when she'd become increasingly prone to falls. Consequently I'd started 'phoning her every day. However, one morning I didn't 'phone her, because the doctor was supposed to be visiting her. That afternoon I had a call from NY police control, saying a neighbour had reported unusual activity: the curtains, usually open by 7am, had remained shut all morning and she couldn't get an answer when she called. The police broke in and found her collapsed by the 'phone. She had collapsed the previous evening. The doctor never turned up for his appointment that morning. His criminal dereliction of duty could've resulted in her premature death. Also, another doctor at the practice sends out threatening letters to pensioners who keep driving after 'failing' a highly suspect and definitely ageist driving 'assessment' by a private firm. AVOID. DO NOT USE THIS SURGERY.
