They are very good but when you call them for any reason the wait time is really long. I was on the phone for 45 minutes before i got through to someone.

Very unprofessional as I had an appointment on a Saturday morning. I arrived and was told by builders/ workmen inside the dental practice that they are closed and I had no notification of cancelling my appointment!

The dentist Dragos and the Nurse assisting him are great, really happy, but very disappointed with the receptionist when I called in pain, I was told they had nothing available for at least 3 weeks.

I have always been afraid of the dentist, I hated to go, now I’m still afraid but have come across one of the best dentists I could ever have the good fourtune of meeting, I hope I spelt his name correctly, Dragous is one of the kindest gentlest dentist ever, he treats you with respect and listens to your concerns, I am so happy to have found such a brilliant dentist. I would recommend anyone that is fearful to go here.

Very very poor dentist. Doesn’t do the work their meant to do and they messed up another tooth instead. (Writing for my partner)

This place don’t offer a good service at all! I paid £109 for a 2 minutes check up and for a scale and polish of 2 minutes more. They are always in a rush! Really poor service! The my husband went and the dentist said that he need to changed a filling which was not true. Not a good experience!

Trying to register with them is impossible. 1st you try and ring in the morning at 8:30 their opening hours but it tells you that they are close and you should ring in their opening hours 8:30 -17:00 but clearly not answering phones at 8:30 then trough the day I have tried between 13:00 and 16:00 to call and states that my call cannot be completed try again later , tried from a different device thinking it could be my phone but no same pointless message.

Made to feel at ease, warm and friendly pain free experience

I am so thankful for the care, kindness and excellent treatment that my family have received from Dr Yoganandda Kempegowda and the other dentists over the years. Yoga s the most reassuring person and so gentle and respectful and although he is always busy he never makes me feel rushed ( especially now he only works on Saturdays) . I even sort of look forward to going to the dentist! He repaired a front tooth today and has repaired my confidence at the same time . The practice is efficient and professional and the reception team are friendly. Thank you all.
