After not managing to get an appointment anywhere else, Chloe sorted me out with an extraction appointment within 3 days. The dentist I saw was very reassuring, very friendly and managed to get my tooth out without me even realising he was trying! Fantastic dentist, highly recommend!

After chipping my front tooth and unable to get an appointment with my own dentist in Plymouth, I decided to go to this practice as I was in Bristol for a flight. The reception staff were so friendly and Bogdan was brilliant and took time making my tooth look perfect. He also picked up other issues that my other dentist didn’t so came back for further treatment. I will definitely be coming back even though I will be travelling 2 hours.

I have been going to the same private dentist my whole life, but a couple of yeas ago he retired and so I started to come to this dentist to see Tunde. I only have to come once a year but she is always so lovely and takes her time for my appointment. I always have late appointments so the surgery is usually very quiet and the staff are always very chatty and it has a nice atmosphere.

After recently moving clinics following the retirement of my lifelong dentist I was very nervous about attending a new practice. However I needn't have been. The staff at mydentist in Avonmouth made me feel welcome and relaxed from the moment I arrived. The practice felt clean comfortable and the experience from start to finish was slick and well organised.

Very nice dentist and dental nurse. Very helpful and friendly and accommodating when I had to bring in my baby in a pram. Loss of a star due to the fact that the sink is broken so you can spit and rinse after a procedure.

So visited this dentist because I really needed root canal surgery on one of my teeth. The dentist here, Dr Graham Muller, decided to have me in for a shallow filling first. He said to his nurse "just in case they don't come back and the reception forget to tell us". When the nurse asked if I smoked, I replied "no". However, the dentist replied "only weed", which is something I don't do and found a bit unprofessional. After cutting too deep into my tooth and batching the filling I was in unbearable agony in my mouth, up my jawline and in my ear for a week. I had a few appointments through 111 service and x rays showed that the filling was too close to the nerve and had caused an infection. Not being able to eat and needing painkillers active 24/7 made me very ill. Eventually an emergency surgery in London where I was staying could undo his work. They removed the filling and nerve and put a temporary dressing in my tooth and was told i needed root canal surgery. I was prescribed antibiotics and codeine for the pain. When I called up and told reception what I went through there response was that sometimes this happens and they were not apologetic the slightest. I have had root canal surgery somewhere else since but there is still a chance I may lose my tooth. I would recommend avoiding this cowboy surgery.

The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. Great attention and service. You know you are in good hands when you learn things about your bone structure that you had no clue about. Keen eye on detail! Highly recommended !

Great service from the team. Always receive text reminders before our appointments which for me, is really helpful. I'm not a big fan of the dentist generally because of past experience however myDentist in particular Vassia Karpeta is absolutely brilliant at what she does!
