Pretty awful experience as a tenant. The sales staff in lettings were great, but once they’ve handed over to the likes of the maintenance team, you can expect a rude, abrasive and arrogant attitude. As tenants we rarely gave them a moment’s bother... but even still, the smell of gas was something we should sort out ourselves. Once you get to the check out procedure, you are recommended to pay a £400 professional cleaning service, but even though we did, you get lumped with a ton of extremely unreasonable, and in some cases fabricated claims. I’ve used a couple of agencies before but never come across people with attitudes and behaviours like this before. In my opinion, steer clear if you are a tenant.
