Couldn't recommend Murray enough. He was very knowledgeable and helped me get to the bottom of some issues I've been experiencing for some time. He is also super friendly and made me feel comfortable from the get go. The studio is bright, super clean and well maintained. I'm really pleased with my exeprience and will definitely be visiting again.

5 STAR RATING!!! Having had quite a few injuries from CrossFit over the years, the help from the clinic has been invaluable (thank you for your patience Murray!!!) You can tell that Murray really cares for the welfare of his clients and always goes the extra mile to help with treatment. Above and beyond treatment, Murray is such a welcoming and smiley faced person! It's a pleasure to visit the clinic and would highly recommend to anyone seeking treatment.

I had a session with Aranzazu - I was really impressed with how quickly she got to the root of the problem. I had a deep tissue massage, was given a comprehensive diagnosis, an exercise programme to follow and hopefully I'll be running again in a few days. The hygeine and care taken due to Covid was also meticulous. All in all, professional but friendly treatment from an incredibly knowledgeable therapist. Exceptional!

Murray was recommended to me by a friend. As a friend who’s judgment I trust implicitly I wasn’t surprised to find a very knowledgeable and skilled professional with the ability to actually listen to your needs with an understanding and empathetic approach. Needless to say, I’ve now booked in for a block to help me look after myself better and for longer. Thank you 👍

Aranzazu has supported the recovery of my IT Band tear and strain in my left leg. I went from running about 4 times a week, to none and being in pain for about 2 months before i sought help. She quickly identified the probable cause of my pain, setting out some at home physio and exercises and eventually getting an in person massage of the leg. What a difference her expertise has made, finally being able to get back out and run again virtually pain free with some recovery and ongoing exercises to continue at home with. Invaluable and so grateful! Thank You Aranzazu!
