We found the range and quality to be excellent, the design process went as smooth as possible, and the delivery was on time and efficient. Whenever we had an issue, either at the planning stage or after delivery, we found Multilines to be more than accommodating. Our kitchen was delivered at a time and date to suit us and the quality and finish of our kitchen was everything we hoped for. We would highly recommend using Multilines and will surely be back there for future business.

It's been nearly over a decade since we used this company to fit the cupboards in our house. The workmanship of the cupboards was absolutely appalling, the fitter did not join the planks of wood properly. Amin was quick to take the money for the cupboards, but when we showed him the bad finishing of the cupboards he was quick shy away from the responsibility and was quick to blame it on our carpet fitters, which is totally unacceptable by my standards. Even when we went to design the cupboards they were boasting about how they had over 10+ years designing cupboards but they never even gave us any ideas of how to design the interior for our cupboards they expected us to tell them what to design. Your probably wondering why I'm writing a bad review now, back then I didn't know how to write Google reviews but now I do and it still makes me angry to this day that we spent thousands of pounds of our hard earned money using a useless company like this.

i had my bedroom fitted in 2007, was very impressed with their service and quality, hence decided to go back to them for my new house bedroom wardrobes . They didn't disappoint me. All went well. The did do a good job and communication was good. Would recommend them for others as well.

We are completely over the moon about our new cupboards from Multilines. They were super professional in their guidance about what we should get. They worked with us to get the right solution for the space and produced a stunning result. The installation team came when they said they were, were polite and professional and most importantly even cleaned up when they were done. Multilines - has a great showroom, but it was their expert guidance that we really valued most. Thanks for doing such a great job.

Just wanted to give the team over at multilines a 5 star review. The team have helped us to get our dream kitchen as well as helped us think about the layout of our extension too. It took some time and a few iterations. Wanted to thank them for their patience and all of their help and advice. Without them we wouldn’t have a space anywhere close to what we are planing now. Can’t wait to see the kitchen in our home!

We had 1 room of fitted cupboards installed which included a dressing table. The initial service, fitters and finish was good. Unfortunately after 4 years nearly all of the cupboard doors started to have major problems. The Veneer (Coating on the doors) started to come away. This problem extended to the drawers as well. This was covered in the 5 year guarantee but other companies offer a longer guarantee so i would think seriously about this before buying. I asked Multilines to consider extending the guarantee which unfortunately they are not able to do right now. If i have the same problem in another 4 years then i will have to replace all the doors. I would recommend taking this type of cost into account - then making a decision.

Many years ego we had all bedrooms and the lounge furniture fitted from them. I had an excellent service from start. Few years ego I called and asked them to add something to the existing furniture and he ensured that it was an exact match material and I was highly impressed. Last year my son started to transform the box room into an office hence tried to get rid of the fitted wardrobe. We were amazed with the fitting that after around 15 years the fitting was still going so strong and nothing so far has come loose or broken.
