Mulberry Factory Shop york

Had the most wonderful service from the York Mulberry shop today, whilst buying my best pal, from school, her 50th birthday gift. We had booked an appointment and were greeted by Nina, who served us champagne, and had already arranged some bags for my valued friend.She made us both feel special, and the perfect bag was purchased... one of those pre-selected by Nina. Thank you Nina... you made us both feel very special, and made our Mulberry experience thoroughly delightful. Job done!!!! x

Great products and a bag which my wife will buy soon. Unfirtunatkey for the staff at this store it will NOT be from you! TWO staff members, one I suspect was a manager, and just me and my wife in the large spacious store. We were talking about the type and styles of handbag on offer and that she can look and choose which one she finds most to her taste. Neither of the staff bothered to approach and offer their knowledge on the products even though they would have been able to hear our discussions. We then browsed other items and still no interaction. They appeared to be talking about deliveries and figures for the store. On the way out one of them made they effort to say "Thank you, good bye". To which I said "Shame you couldn't be bothered to say hello or talk to us whilst in the shop." What a miserable and snooty pair who think the name sells the products and all they have to do is wait for the sales to come. We'll they don't, some people like service and purchase on the back of it.

Ben is an extra ordinary sales person, welcome us to the shop and very knowledgeable to his product. Definitely will visit this Mulberry shop again.
