Swore I would never use Rygor Oxford again... Against better judgment I ordered a new van from them and a week after we have closed the deal ( and I am in my new van) they are asking for more money as my px requires more bodywork than they thought..... They valued my px (A 4yo Vito supplied by them new to me) from dirty pictures of the van despite me offering to clean it or bring it in. Then my experience with them on my last van supplied new was wholly unprofessional too with them initially supplying the incorrect vehicle! Then you start with the service centre which is just the most frustrating place with multi visits due to incompetence.... Hmmm why did I do it?? ( Lovely van is why) Just a shame Rygor don't seem to be able to get there game together.

Not happy. Every simple job need a lot of time to be done there and always on delay and on your legs....they always struggle with replacement car...... Its first garage where I was so disappointed

Very disappointed with the service I received from Rygor and a labour rate at £144.00 per hour, ouch!!
