Enjoyed the massage and facial a lot, however when I arrived, no one was there to greet me or anything, which was fine, but when the massage lady was ready, I think she assumed I had already checked in, used my voucher etc. So we just went right in. She questioned my skin before doing the facial, (acne) and she seemed confused and said allergies? So I don't know if someone who doesn't know what acne is should be doing facials. She was also confused when I tried to give her the gift voucher as she assumed I already paid. Overall a bit mixed, probably prefer Hale spa if you want something in the realm precinct.
