Picked the car back up this evening, it had been fully clean inside and out (wasn't expecting that) Worked carried out very reasonably priced warning light cleared on the drive home as I had been advised. Good old fashioned service from a garage you feel you can trust. All the family's cars come here. Never been messed about or ripped off here, unlike main dealers who seem unable to tackle jobs simply and cheaply. Just bought a car from MT for my son. What a beauty. On a 2010 plate but looks and drives like a new car. Where MT stands out is their insistance that the car is right before leaving the premises. Mark fitted new rear brake discs and pads, two new tyres and exhaust. The car was serviced, mot'd and fully valeted. All this on a five and a half thousand pound car. Very impressed.

Took my VW Polo in for a cam belt change as it was due. Great Service from the team easy drop off and pick up. I was pleasantly surprised that my car had been washed and vacuumed out which I was not expecting. All I can say is that I thought I had got in the wrong car as its looked like I had stepped into a car that was just out of a show room. Cost of work was great as well. I will defiantly use again and have recommend to my family & friends

I'd like to start this review by saying it's one of the first bad reviews I've ever left so far in all my time as a Google local guide. Please feel free to check my previous reviews to see this. These guys talk a good talk but don't walk the walk. We were charged for an issue that over a phone call conversation was advised we would not be charged (Even though Mark swears by the fact he advised us we'd be charged yes 2 of us somehow seem to be accused of not hearing this statement) very strange as if I'd have know this I would never had left the vehicle in the first place! It's a shame when a company can go from small to medium size then all they think is money! Where is the good will, honesty or trust? They made us feel like we were the ones in the wrong! One main factor comes to mind THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!

Great Quality Service and they give you a honest assessment of what needs doing. No pushing you into work that needs doing only recommends it. Took my Mercedes in and the work they did on my Break Discs and pads was the same work the main Merc dealer wanted to do but at a much lower price and they even valeted my car for free !

Very effective communication. Well marked place, so easy to find. The reception area all updated with latest and relevant covid social distancing measures. A glass screen at the desk to keep minimal contact and reduce transmission. Staff are very kind, helpful and to the point. Dropped a van off there and was met out in the yard by a staff member and was directed to the parking place. Overall a good, smooth pleasant visit.
