Decent enough food shopping. Prices are not low however. Bread is freshly prepared in store.

Have M&S forgotten about their customers safety and Covid ? Contrary to what it says on Google Maps ("Mask required") when I visited today whilst (most) customers were wearing masks HALF THE CASHIERS WERE NOT ! They are being exposed to countless customers every day and even if it is (madness ..) no longer mandatory in shops etc I would have expected M&S to set an example and require all customer facing staff to wear masks - to protect both staff and customers. M&S website states they will display signs highlighting government recommendations to wear masks in busy places - but their own staff don't !

Great for food. Number one in the country by popular vote. High quality, reliable, at a fair price. I n fact you feel the luxury when you enter the place. When you want a treat this is the place to go. Some people use it all the time. They live like kings and queens.

Always come here for shopping. However Thursday night my mother and I were spoken to so rudely by two staff members and accused of shop lifting ! We basically paid for our shopping walked out mum couldn't find her keys so we empted the shopping into our trolley then set off to go to the car . Two store assistants followed us and asked us for the receipt. It was raining heavily by then we had to put the bag on the floor to empty it to find the receipt. The shop assistants were rude and did not appologise for their behaviour. We were told to walk out holding out recites so that everybody could see it which is ridiculous as having a receipt is often optional in that store. We were both very upset and feel we have to say something as we felt like common theifes. We shop at that store two, three times a week!!! We would just like an appology.

Great produce & friendly staff

Great experience. Limiting numbers in the shop so no crowding. Plenty of choice.
