M&S Cambridge Beehive Simply Food cambridge

You pay a premium but you buy really good quality food. I had a beef joint the other day and it was succulent and very tasty. Friendly service and friendly staff.

This one star is due to the cafe. I visited on the 23rd January, there was an older gentleman and a young man working the cafe when I went for a toasted sandwich. After paying, I received a table number and sat down- 10 minutes later and still no toasted sandwich. They had completely forgot to put my sandwich in the toaster oven (even though I was seated at a table literally in front of them and the cash register. During my visit to the cafe, I saw this also happen to another customer, the service in this cafe needs to drastically improve.

Reasonably well-sized M&S Food Hall, offering a wide variety of fruit & veg, chilled products and ready meals. Bakery range can be a bit variable; they don't always have the Foccacia Breads on display that I sometimes like to buy but what they do supply is generally of high quality. Being located at the Beehive Centre works in it's favour for adequate customer parking. Much more convenient opening time on Sunday at 10am rather than 11am is also a plus for me

Staff were brilliant today, 22 December 2019, the manager was very organised on the shop floor as it was so busy, making a very busy shop a pleasant experience.

I am talking about the cafe . Food and refreshments fine, as long as your happy sitting with your winter coat, scarf and gloves on. The air conditioning is on, absolutely freezing. Turn it off, its December !!!!

Was profiled and followed at this location. I do not recommend to anyone.

Love the food from this shop. Better quality price ratio than some other shops. If you pay more it is because you are getting better quality so less wastage. Like it for my weekly shop.

I'm usually quite happy with this store, I expect quality produce and quality service. Unfortunately when going through self service (as it was quicker then the queues at the tills, how wrong I was!) there was an unexpected product allegedly. It took at least 10 minutes for a staff member to come and help me. I would have expected maybe a sorry about you wait but no customer service given. I always give the chance to be proven wrong so I hope next time I go in there I can change this rating.

This is one of our go to food stores. Good range of quality food. Relaxed shopping with easy parking outside.
