I'm sorry to do this, but I have been a regular here for at least a decade and could not have praised the place, or the service any higher. However, I took my oldest son to book his first MOT yesterday and found there had been a change of tester. I have no idea why the new guy was so obnoxiously rude, straight off the bat, probably has a drink problem, but I walked out, and will not be returning. This new tester should not be dealing with the public. Abysmal service.
