The Team at Movement Therapy is amazing! My therapist Sarah is incredible, I've been going weekly for months now and she has helped me with a sprained ankle, hip/pelvic issues, frozen shoulders and wrist issues, back and neck... I'm a literal walking advertisement! 🤣🤦🙈 Laura at the front desk is so friendly and lovely too. A really great team and I enjoy my visits to MT Wollongong. Highly recommended!

I've been working Nick for 2 weeks and his knowledge, attention to detail, ability to break content down into terms I understand and teach me how to heal myself is incredible. I feel in safe hands whenever I'm working with Nick and you really get a sense that all the team operate at the same level. Functional physio! Who would have thought. Cannot recommend more highly!

I have been lucky enough to work with the team at Movement Therapy after my MTB accident for the rehab phase of my recovery. They have been amazing, welcoming and understanding of my needs throughout the process. I am thankful for the expert advice from both Dan and Nick to help guide me to full health. Thank you for the fantastic experience every time I step in the door.
