I searched for years to find an excellent physio, and after many disappointments elsewhere I'm now loyal to these guys because there's no nonsense time wasting like other joints that wander between patients, making you do basic exercises instead of being treated. Here you get proper one on one treatments, adjusted to the pressure you need/ask for and do your exercises in your own time to maximise your treatment time. They know their stuff and take you seriously, my feedback gets heard (even asked for regularly) and the standards are high. I feel very safe here even during the pandemic, and very happy with both my physio Saleena and Miriam my masseuse. They are both always looking for new techniques to improve treatments, are very knowledgeable - they always make you feel at ease and I'm so grateful for their skills in improving my chronic and extensive injuries that plagued me for decades now. And I really like them as people too, I always have a good laugh during treatment!

I've been coming here for massages for over a year, now, and very happy with it. Olivia is my masseuse and she's great. Really gets the tightness and knots out, is friendly and offers advice for self treatment between massages. Nice ambiance; some clinics seem more like hospital rooms but this is much more relaxing! Average pricing but with a 20 discount for every 5th massage so works out cheaper than average! 😁
