Extremely bad after service, false promises, lies and misselling. Due to the inabity to satisfy basic consumer rights we have been forced to obtain legal advice. Avoid at all costs! (I expect a missleading/dismissive reply from the garage in response to this Google review. Do not be fooled.)

Recently purchased a volvo XC60 from motorvision. I flew from Ireland to Bristol to collect the car. I was greeted by Jack at the airport who collected me and brought me to Motorvision to collect my new car. Jack was great to deal with throughout the sale and made everything very easy. The car I purchased is immaculate and got it for great value. I would definitely purchase from here again.

Bought a LandRover Discovery costing £13000, its not gone well from the start with numerous faults, they did repair the worst however refused to repair the rest unless taken back despite already being off the road for a week. Car delivered with service light on despite claims is was serviced, bodged service resulted in leaking air intake, illegal tyre blew out, suspension faults, door locks dont work, steering faults, vibration in steering I have rejected the car Ricky has simply lied, failed to respond etc the two directors Natasha and Jack dont respond so have today drafted legal claim. Given the way they have handled it so far its likely to be painful but I have no choice but to pursue the claim and if necessary send bailiffs to collect.
