4/ 5

I bought a Peugeot hatchback from Craig at Motor Sales Bristol. The car unfortunately broke down with an overheating issue. I called Craig and he came to pick the car up the next day. Craig tried to get the car fixed at a garage he recommended but after a week he got in touch with me to say that the repair was going to get quite expensive and time consuming so offered me a full refund, which I accepted. Craig was helpful and professional throughout. I do not believe that he knew the car had a problem as he was helpful and offered a refund. I think that is just the risk you run when buying £1,000 cars. This all happened within 30 days of the purchase.

he is a con man!!!!! bought a vehicle off him and the engine blew up after 40 miles.i took the car back to the garage as it was still under the 30 day warranty he took the car said he was going to fix it than he gave me a courtesy car for the meantime. driving home in the courtesy car about 10 miles from home the courtesy car broke down had to leave the car in a layby overnight as got my brother-in-law to pick me and my three children and take us home the next day I contacting the dealer informed him about the courtesy car and ask for a refund on the car I purchased he refuse to give me all of my money back as he was blaming me for the courtesy car breaking down and I had to pay compensation for it and then started to threaten me saying he was going to send people to my house to hurt me then he hung up. after a couple of days of ringing him I eventually got a hold of him and said if he doesn't give my money back I will be done to Trading Standards. 3 weeks Later with no car to go shopping or go to work I finally got my money back. I would never trusted this trader and would never recommend him.
