Great service, no hassle or pressure when buying. Customer care brilliant, replaced battery and serviced car before I collected. Day I collected car I realised the radio wasn't working (no doubt battery change) and washer jets became blocked (no surprise as car had been sat on the forecourt for some time). I emailed that night and got very quick response, dropped by the following morning and everything was sorted very quickly. Radio - blown fuse, replaced and given a spare. Jets - air cleaned and pin on one awkward jet. Very happy customer. Thanks guys.

I was sceptical of this dealer, based on the previous reviews. An in-house garage always raises alarm bells. I've been done over in the past from unscrupulous dealers that seem to go bust a few months later. I did a bit of digging into this company and it's filing history and owners and the comments from the dealer pan out on previous reviews. I bought the car as the price was very good, a few days later it died. I thought dam I've been done again! I phoned them up and followed up with email and they took the car back, ran diagnostics and ended up being a faulty alternator which they replaced for free with a years warranty. (after reading a few forums this is a very common fault on this car and it's just pot luck when it happens, lucky for me a few days after purchasing so win for me). To put myself at ease and recommend to do for all used cars, book it in to Halfords for a free safety check, they will find anything wrong as they want to get your money! Anyway it sailed through with no issues! So in the end I am happy with my purchase 3 months on and the dealer is a nice guy and got the car sorted out for me. Volvo V50 2009

Excellent service from Motormania, Chester Road, Manchester. Bought an Audi Q7 in August 2021. When I bought the car, there was a warning light regarding air suspension, but the car ran without any issues. They mentioned if any problems, bring it back and it is on us, and will fix it for free. Before the MOT due, I wanted to rectify the problem as it was with the suspension. I mentioned that to them, they agreed to do the repair for free, they found the problem was with air compressor, ordered a new one, installed it , tested and rectified the problem for me. Carried out the MOT as well. Thanks for that.

bought a car from here a few months ago, it didnt have MOT on it witch they put on and fixed the previous years problems, after a month i had a issue with the car witch they told me to bring it down and theyd fix the problem witch they did, then the problem happend again after 3 months, witch was scared they wouldnt cover because my warranty was up, they again told me to bring it down and fixed it for free, they found out it was a dodgy part from the seller, i cant fault this dealer, theyve gone above and beyond to fix my car , keep up the good work guys

I needed an MOT urgently and called and they told me to bring the car right down. Saj was helpful and friendly and the car was done in quite an efficient manner. Since the car was recently purchased, Saj pointed out something that he felt should be addressed and spoke to the dealer...all was sorted. I have found my new MOT centre and will take my car there for any services. Thank you!
