Had the gait check and shoe recommendation here today, service could not have been quicker or nicer. As an absolute beginner to the running/jogging world the lady who served me was incredibly informative and explained everything as we went along. There was zero sales pressure or expectation, but I left with a really good pair of running shoes that I am really excited to get on with. I will definitely highly recommend MOTI and use them for all my running kit needs in the future (if I actually keep this up!)

Two people had recommended Moti to me for new running shoes and I am so glad I went. They could not have done more for me, potentially the best customer service experience I've ever had. They knew my budget and didn't try and pressure me to spend more. They spent an hour with me, even on the running machine and checking what it was that I wanted. As a new runner, it was invaluable advice. Plus they have TWO completely lovely shop dogs, huge bonus.

Best customer service interactions I've had in a very long time. These guys are super knowledge and friendly. I'm an amature, but they were able to simplify without being condescending, and got me a pair of running shoes I'm really happy with, as well as free advice and information about running in Bristol. Can't recommend enough.

I’m fairly new to running and have just started taking it more seriously. I made the choice to invest in a new pair of trainers and visited Moti. I was served by Fran who was extremely helpful, not only with trainer recommendations but also with general running advice. She was informative and not pushy in any way, which ultimately led to me buying a pair of trainers that I can’t wait to use!

They were super friendly and helpful. I used their gait analysis service and they reccomended several different types or running shoes for me to try whilst narrowing it down to my final decision. Great range and prices.

I have used MOTI for many years and have always had great service but I don't know how they are doing this, but they are getting better all the time! I visited recently to purchase new runners and a pair of trails with some very specific requirements. The requests were of no issue to the experts at MOTI. In fact I have just ran in my trails and there are the best pair spec'd to my requirements I have ever had! Keep up the great work MOTI! I honestly can't see why you would go anywhere else!

Went here to buy new trainers for gym and circuits and aerobics classes. I didn't really know what was best to buy and they couldn't have been more helpful. Brought me loads to try on and I came away very satisfied with my new trainers.
