We attended a personal shopper appointment today and had a great experience at the store. We were shown around by Raj who was fantastic at helping us understand the new world of parenting. Her knowledge and impartiality was great and she made us feel really comfortable in asking her opinion on different products. She was really patient as we tried and tested different travel systems, and helped us around the store at our own pace. We would like to thank her very much for the help today, and we will look to return soon :)

Today me and my mother were served by a lovely woman called Nicky who went above and beyond to help up order the most beautiful pram for my baby that is due at the end of November. She noticed that we needed assistance almost straight away, gave us a demonstration of how the pram I liked folded away and then ran around speaking to managers and looking online to find us the best deal possible for what we wanted. She was brilliant, and being the only member of staff on the upper floor, it was lovely to have her full attention and advice! :)

We had a problem with some expensive Mothercare products purchased on-line, which was not resolved by a visit to a different branch, even after repairs, and about which I was corresponding with Fatima at Customer Services who was helpful. Fortunately, we called at Hayes branch and found Nicky on the staff, who was very kind and attentive, and completely knowledgable about the products we had an issue with. Nicky consulted her manager, John, and our issue was resolved to our complete satisfaction in no time at all. This was an inspiring example of face to face customer service at it's very best. Thank you Nicky; thank you John. Our faith in Mothercare is restored.
