Staff unsure of what stock they had and also seemed unwilling to check. We were looking for a mattress, (which we saw on display) and were told they don't sell them to then be told no it comes with your cot. We had already bought our cot and said this was not the case. We were then told maybe they could order it or we should look online. Staff should really be a bit more knowledgable.

Me and my partner went to Hermiston gate store. We got excellent help and advice from the deputy store manager Florent. The experience was fantastic and not stressful at all considering there is a lot of choices. We are very happy with our purchase and the professional and caring treatment we received. Thank you very much Florent. We will definitely be returning to this store 🙂
