Mothercare edinburgh

Staff unsure of what stock they had and also seemed unwilling to check. We were looking for a mattress, (which we saw on display) and were told they don't sell them to then be told no it comes with your cot. We had already bought our cot and said this was not the case. We were then told maybe they could order it or we should look online. Staff should really be a bit more knowledgable.

I've been in Mothercare and Elisa served me.She was very kind, nice and helpful. She advised me what to buy and she was very prepared and efficient. Thanks to her I will be back again for sure.

Me and my partner went to Hermiston gate store. We got excellent help and advice from the deputy store manager Florent. The experience was fantastic and not stressful at all considering there is a lot of choices. We are very happy with our purchase and the professional and caring treatment we received. I went to mothercare for buying a travel system pram and Elisa served me. She was very helpful explaining me all the features among every products. She was very nice with me and also very prepared ensuring I would have had the best experience for my mum to be journey.
