Mothercare cardiff

Absolutely fantastic customer service received today and Thursday from Kate and Jennie. Both of them went the extra mile to provide a truly first class service both days. Even though closing time and gone they both continued to give outstanding service. Can’t thank and rate them highly enough. Had lost a little faith in Mothercare as a company but these 2 both restored my faith and I will be returning to purchase another specialised car seat from them.

We've recently visited Mothercare Culverhouse Cross twice (03/08 and 11/08 2019). The latter date (today!) was following an invite to one of the events, whereby we received 10% off for attending. Both visits were great, in that all the staff were helpful and friendly, the store well stocked and ordering larger items very easy - assisted by a member of staff. The event was informative and useful. Thanks all! On the 3rd Aug, Margaret in particular helped us, on the 8th August, Michelle helped us - both provided excellent customer service and are a credit to the store. I must also mention the lady (unfortunately didn't take her name) who helped in the maternity lingerie section, thank you, equally excellent. :-)

Currently sat in mothercare for half an hour still wtaiing. One member of staff in the school holidays and hardly any sizes left. I would have been seen sooner if the girl didn't allow a grown man to push infront of us

A very good store selling everything you need for a new born baby to the older child. Excellent customer service and very helpful staff. Prices are reasonable with many sale offers throughout the year.

Went to Mothercare at Culverhouse Cross today to get some maternity trousers and to get fitted for a bra. We were greeted as we went in and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I was fitted for a bra by Deb and discovered I've been wearing the wrong band size my entire life. You live and learn! As a first time expectant mum, I found every one there so effortlessly helpful and lovely. They offered advice and told me and my husband about up and coming in-store events that would be helpful to us. It's about an hour and a half round trip for us to get there from our house, but based on my experience today, I'd definitely say it was worth it and I'll be going back in the future. I highly recommend them.

What can I say. I've created my google account just so i could review this store. I came in about a week ago and all I can say is I went in store feeling extremely overwhelmed, during my visit I was served by a wonderful lady called Carly. She could not have done more to help me and support me. No question was silly to her, even though they felt silly to me. She helped me feel a million times better. You guys have a wonderful young lady working for you and i look forward to coming back to Store soon!

I have created this account just to provide this review on the excellent customer service received from Sue @ Culverhouse Cross store. I first called the store as I was going to make purchases using a very large number of gift cards (83) and wanted to ensure there were no restrictions. Sue went the extra mile and called Head Office for guidance and called me back to confirm no restrictions. I visited the store on Sunday 6th October and was warmly greeted by Sue. Sue was my personal shopper and helped me locate the numerous items on my list. Sue then had the time consuming task of processing the payment with 83 individual cards, this was completed very efficiently. I want to commend Sue on her excellent customer service and say 'Thank you'.
