What an experience this place is! Called to send a 'signed for' letter. The place is a Covid trap. Customers without masks. Cramped conditions. I entered as third in the queue. By the time I became second in the queue there were now seven in the queue. One man serving behind counter. At this point he takes a call on his mobile! Everything stops while he chats!!! Lady in front says nothing. The guy needs sacking. Seven in the queue and the ignorant t#$t takes a 5 minute call. A word on the cramped conditions.. Postal baskets are kept on the customers side of the counter. Parcels, letters the lot! Anybody could just help themselves to them, and probably do. Never again for me. The best suggestion I have for this place is complete demolition.
