1 star for the first meeting, all seemed professional. Had to constantly phone and marker wasn't sent in the post as told, so delay in stone being placed. Only came to light when I was called and told there was no marker, so couldn't be fitted 😪

Not reliable at all and don't communicate with you about the process of your order. Ordered headstone for my dad in October and was promised it would be fitted on my dads birthday on the 12th Feb and now it's the 4th of April and still waiting. No phone call or apology from them.
