If you are looking for good , kind and carful Doctots , yes. This is the right choice. But if you want to see kind and polite staffs , unfortunately no. this would be the worst place for you.

Contrary to most reviews, I have been with this medical centre for over a year and I've always received the service I expect. I was actually registered to two other medical centres prior to this one, and honestly, the service in this medical centre is exceptional. They treat you with good manners. All the GPs working in this medical centre show a lot of care and empathy for their patients. They communicate well and in the patient's best interest. They always give you advice on how to improve your health and wellbeing. I feel seen and listened to all the time. I've also been seen on time in most of my scheduled appointments. So thank you. I would like to point out a problem with some of the patients reading this, though. If you book an appointment, do turn up. If you miss it without canceling it, you're not only disrupting the service, but also wasting an appointment that could've gone to another patient who actually needs it. Over 100 appointments were missed in the month of September. That's a lot of appointments. Calculated yearly, it would be over 1,200 appointments missed. Please use the NHS responsibly and stop taking advantage of our free health care service. Thank you.

Extremely rude and disrespectful, bordering aggressive. Should be under special measures. Absolute disgrace of a public service. I rang to make an enquiry with a shocking reception before I even gave a reason for the call.

Appalling lack of communication n this surgery. So many errors I can’t list them

Absolute joke. Reception do not ever pick up the phone. I am currently seriously sick and can't even book an appointment because I'm being ignored. The one time that I went, receptionists weren't rude as such but just slow and insensitive. You're better off finding another surgery because these reviews do not lie...

I've has four or five appointmemts recently. I have been treated well with dignity and respect.

If there was an option for zero stars that would be a better option. Absolute disgrace of a health centre. Have tried calling the surgery since 9am and we are now on 5:40pm and still no-one has picked up. You wait ages for an appointment and even when you finally see your doctor you're in and out in under two minutes.
