Moss Lane Sub Post Office liverpool

Short staffed, every time you go in only one member of staff serving and despite this on the lady is always on the phone and texting whilst serving .

The woman who serves at this post office is miserable slow and uncaring of customers. She acts like it is a servitude to deal with your enquiry. Considering she gets her wages from providing a customer service you would think she would be more appreciative of her position. Time to give up the day job and let someone else in.

Got there at 17:40 and was told they were closed despite every other time I have been it closes at 18:00. I explained I just wanted to pick up a parcel that had arrived and was brushed away and was told to come back tomorrow.

I always get served by a woman who seems incapable of basic manners like thank you or goodbye.

A pleasure to go in this post office. Service with a smile every time. Very helpful staff. The older reviews were from when other people ran it. Lovely card selection too!! Xx

Please fix the cash machine. It's broken more often than it's working

Since these reviews were written this post office has been taken over. Lovely ladies run it now, a pleasure to deal with every time!!! Fast, efficient and friendly!
