Friendly and knowledgeable service. Eyeballed my suit size, pointed me towards suits matching what I said I wanted and in the price range I asked for. In and out in about 15 minutes a happy customer.

Excellent service and help from Jordan today. He was very knowledgeable and able to advise us on the fit and style that we were looking for. Not too pushy either. All other staff were very friendly and welcoming (including the "lady with the strange accent" another reviewer mentioned in a rude comment below)

This is normal a great place to hire or buy unfortunately on this occasion the Cambridge shop the guy on the till was not so good

Have a mixed review for this one, we met two members of staff in the store, we had help from the older gentleman, who was amazing - knew his stuff, very helpful and really helped us with decisions as we were ordering my partners suit for our wedding. The younger gentleman I found rude, and had a attitude that he didn't want to be there. I got a feeling he didn't like women. If it was just the younger gentleman in the store I would not have bought from there. My partner was very happy with the suit. It was very well made. Would defiantly recomend the guy that helped us. He saved the whole experience.

Rude gentleman that works there, think its the manager. Rented a couple suits, found that one of the shirts had a large hole in the sleeve. After complaining, he told me he won't do anything as it was my fault for not checking! Update: complained to head office got a cheque as a sorry, head office nice, not the manager in the office

Excellent staff but no stock. Not sure what is happening but why have things on display but no stock. Felt really sorry for the salesman who was very efficient
