Moss Bros. bath

Went in on a Sunday, they were pretty empty. The two guys didn't seem too bothered / interested in helping so I left. I went to M&S instead where the guy on the suit department was super busy serving 4/5 people but was more than happy to help. I purchased my suit from there and am very happy with it and the service. Moss Bros could learn a thing or two from M&S.

My husband and I visited the Bath Store and the service was first class, so kind and helpful and they couldn’t do enough for us. The store had our order delivered the next day and the product we wanted wasn’t in store. Unfortunately we had to return our order as it wasn’t the fit my husband wanted, They received our order back on 24th December and of course I understand with all the holidays date, I did expect a delay in funds being returned, noes it’s the 16th January and still no payment. I’ve never know a company so slow in keeping payments.

Ordered a suit there for click and collect. Arrived quickly and with no hassle. The staff were very helpful with suggesting better sizes and fits.

Overall a good experience l, the 2 gentleman in the store today were very helpful and knew about the projects they offered. Would of been 5 star however the woman in-store was trying very hard to prevent us from getting military discount. Your site clearly explains that military are entitled to discount.

The staff member at the counter, (Max) was very helpful and knowledgeable. I visited the store on 3 separate occasions for this order and he helped me each time and corrected a mistake I had made.

I hired a suit hired from their Bath store for my wedding (Sept 2021), which was rescheduled by over half a year due to Covid. There was a bit of a mix up with the delivery to the store (not the store's fault at all) and for a brief moment I thought I might be without a suit. Ahad in store was extremely helpful in getting the situation resolved and when I returned my suit, the very specific customer service that I received was both unexpected and a very pleasant surprise. As someone that never wears suits I doubt I'll be using them again but that's 100% on me (more of a shorts and t-shirt sort of person), but I would not hesitate to recommend them at all. What could have been a 1* experience turned out to be nothing less than a 5* experience. Brilliant.

Polite, professional, personal service; an oasis in the high street. What it should be like. My server, I'm sorry I didn't get her name; was helpful and charming. Nothing was too much bother. Great stuff.

Absolutely shocking. 1 day before wedding and still no suits. No reassurance not a care in the world. My advise would be stay well clear. They have put us under unnecessary pressure.
