I have used Morton Fraser twice in the last couple of years for private client matters and have found their service exceptional. On both occasions, they gave me a price, detailed the work involved and delivered on their promises within the timescales required. Someone was always available, or would quckly call me back to answer any questions I had and I found their advice clear and easy to understand, with no legal jargon. Highly recommended law firm!

Ridiculous service. I tried to book an appointment as a new client over the phone and was told I would be called back within 24 hours. Next day I tried again, left my number and was reassured I would be contacted asap. Nobody phoned therefore I decided to show up in their office to book an appointment as I live nearby and I was asked again to leave my number. Guess what? I did not receive any call after three attempts in 5 days. My case now is being managed by somebody else.

I have utilized Morton Fraser lawyers on two occasions, firstly for immigration legal services and secondly for employment law advice. Both times I was met with excellent responsiveness, high professionalism, and was treated with dignity and respect. I will continue to use Morton Fraser as my lawyers of choice and would thoroughly recommend them to others.

We are a current family client and have been for years. But recently we are not happy on the lack of communication. We have been told someone will be in touch within weeks and weeks have passed and we have sent multiple emails and phone calls and yet no one has bothered to respond or acknowledge our messages or even been in touch with us to give us an update on a current case.We have paid extra for our case to be fast tracked but nothing has been heard.Not professional at all for a respectable firm.
