Have shopped here for over 30 years, through all the changes, and this is the first time I've felt the need to complain. Don't get me wrong, the staff are all great. I know a lot of them by name and I find them to always be friendly and helpful........BUT it's becoming more like an obstacle course/find the item going round in the morning, as shelves are being re-stocked......or are completely empty. Surely any store should be stocked and ready for customers coming in. All this money for a re-fit, when it would have been better spent on extra staff. As I say, I'm not complaining about the staff. This is an organisational problem, which needs to be rectified.

Yet again promo price on items and full price at till. This happens all too regularly to be an "accident" seems more like deliberate fraud. Off to Aldi more and more. Suggest you think about doing the same unless you enjoy being defrauded on a regular basis. Once or twice is forgivable but when it is practically all the time it is clearly a tactic to defraud the customer. Have highlighted this and nothing was done.

Store has been refurbished with wider isles and more in-store freshly produced produce. Big issue is that prices have been increased substantially and there are some howlers like Oasis drinks at £1.35 for 500ml while the same is 49p for 375ml at Home Bargains. Fresh Scottish rolls cost 75p for 6 or just 49p for the same across the road in Aldi. Morrisons has a good range of wines and other products but customers need to be careful what they pick up as prices can be more than 50% higher than elsewhere.

What is happening to my local Morrisons? What's the point in a re-furb if the stock is so poor? I appreciate things sell out however several items have been continually missing for several weeks at a time. If this store can't cope with the footfall now I don't think it bodes well for all the future homes being currently built. Come on Morrisons stock up and keep replenishing.

Avoid if you possibly can. Never enough staff on the checkouts. Be careful you are not overcharged on the special deals. When it comes to using the self checkouts how about applying some common sense when they are all sitting unused instead of hearding people like cattle to the two or three checkouts that are open.
