I would highly recommend Linley & Simpson with Morgans (Former Morgans City Living). I've been renting a flat for over two years now with no problems. The renewal is very smooth. All my encounters with staff were positive. A special thanks to my property manager, Mr. Matt Kendrick, who has been very prompt in resolving issues with the flat from day 1. Matt has previously arranged to replace the boiler very promptly knowing that I had my final exams coming up.

Linley & Simpson offer amazing customer service. I have dealt with them twice now for renting properties and they are by far the best rental company I have had experience with. Very helpful, very 'hands on' and were very patient with me when I was a first time renter with zero clue of how it all worked! They have just helped my son and I can't recommend them enough. Once you are a tenant they also offer great advice and continue being supportive and helpful - it doesn't stop when you sign your contract.
