Morale Home Furnishings – Sofa Showroom & Home Furniture glasgow

I’ve had to proactively chase this company at every stage to get updates as to where my package is. Ordered on the 22nd June, now on the 4th of July with no end in sight. Abrupt and unhelpful telephone manner.

Really liked this hidden furniture shop, it huge with a big selection and a very different selection to the 'high street'/ big brand furniture places so worth a visit to see if they have something different. Prices are reasonable and discounts can be had if you ask. Excellent parking right outside.

Excellent company, spent time with Bilal going through different options for our new build. He was very pleasant to deal with and knew a lot about the different ranges. We ended up purchasing some high end product and the prices were very competitive. After sales has been very good, we had a slight issue with one of our products and Bilal got on it straight away and dealt with it accordingly. Will recommend the business to anyway in the future as they were refreshing to deal with

I bought all my furniture from Morale. The quality is amazing. Being from an Asian household, the things that happen to your furniture are unthinkable. From food colouring stains to random relatives visiting from the homeland using a table as a bed or dancefloor, the furniture has taken it all. I dealt with a chap called Billy who was very helpful and did not mind demonstrating any scenario that the furniture may entail. He spent a lot of time with me in his showroom and after almost 40 visits to the showroom to review and trying to haggle, I got a great deal. I would recommend them to all.

Ooft even just looking online the exact same furniture is less than a quater of the price if you shop about!!!

Sales staff not adhering to covid 19 guidelines not one of tbem had a face covering, and do not know any of the information relating to goods on sale.

Really overpriced items ,lovely stuff but found most of it online for a fraction of the price

Installed dining table incorrectly. Installed 2 bolts instead of 2. Always have to tighten with Allan key every month. Dissapointing given the cost of the table. Contacted Morale who told me to contact the manufacturer, who cannot help as install issue.

Wonderfull shop very helpful if you are looking for something special at a good price give it a try

Visited the shop in Hillington to see what was on offer as we are renovating the house. The furniture seems very good quality but the so called salesman (bald head and glasses) needs some serious personality and sales training... we were surprised to witness such an individual fronting a store with such large displays!! Anyhow we sourced the same items elsewhere online much cheaper and with pleasant helpful staff... we won't be back...
