I bought a Martin d28 from this shop and it is a lovely guitar. The guitar arrived needing a set up the luthier at the shop was unable to carry out due to illness. They refunded me 100 pounds to pay for a set up and even agreed to let me return the guitar for a full refund. I decided to keep it as it sounds absolutely awesome but it was very nice of them to offer. I will visit the shop soon and see if they have anything else of interest. Highly recommended.

Can’t thank the lady who served me enough. As a beginner guitarist I didn’t really know much but she got guitars down for me to play, put a number in front of me so I could pick up and try different ones with no hard sell. She left me to try them out and kept coming back to check I was ok again absolutely no pressure. Would highly recommend and yes I did end up getting a new guitar-thank you.

Absolutely brilliant service. This is how it should be. Took my bass in with a socket problem and Phil had a look. Instead of a new socket he cleaned it out and didn’t charge me. Will definitely be bringing all my instruments here in future.

Lynne and Phil were very friendly and helpful. I took my acoustic guitar in for repair and Phil fixed it on the spot free of charger. Really happy with the service, will be coming back for any future guitar needs.

Went to get an old guitar fixed up after some years of neglect. They were honest about the work that could be done and were focused on preserving the guitar moreso than taking my money. The sound has been restored and the guitar has a new lease of life to it! We left the knocks and bumps it's suffered over the years in favour of retaining it's moxy and it's a genuine pleasure to play it again. Thanks for your hard work and for restoring a sentimental piece back to it's former glory!

Went beyond what I asked when replacing my tuning peg to make it identical to the others, all for a decent price. Would use them again!
