The process of getting appointment is worst, nobody answers the phone call quickly, takes atleast 10-15 minutes to reach the receptionist and as usual they don't have any appointments for the day. I was with Trent Vale medical practice previously it was a lot lot better than Moorcroft. Moorcroft center need to seriously improve their service.

I have tried to book an appointment for two weeks I can’t get one. When I managed to get hold of them they just said sorry we are full for the next two weeks. For god sake why take so many people if you cannot accommodate them when they need you. I think the idea of only calling at 8:00 a.m to get an appointment is bad as you will sit there waiting for 8 just to call and they will keep you on hold for 30 minutes in my case...or you don’t even get through. This is a failure on MMC side. On both occasions when I called they told me to go to the walk- in Centre . I have been there but those people are too rushy in dealing with patients. I’m very unwell and I have told the reception for three times now and they still cannot give me an appointment. If anything happens to me, my family will hold them accountable...

Been trying to call in for the last 4 days and keeps on coming as busy. Don't take on this many patients if you can't accommodate for everyone!! Ridiculous waiting and call times.

This place has got worse over the years and frankly it should close. Appointments can only be made IF you can get through to them when they open at 8am... IF you can get through 9 times out of 10 when you do get through the rude reception staff tell you that there are no more slots and try again tomorrow, my partner had a chest infection a bit ago and they refused to see her due to no available doctors and if I was worried then go to A&E...... the one or two times i got through to the next round (Yep it feels like a game show ) getting a doctor to ring you back can take up to a couple of days then you feel they didn't listern to you, totally shocking

Trying to get my Covid booster but NHS can't find my record. Went to the surgery to try and sort it out and after waiting 2 hours (closed for staff training) they don't even know if I have had my 2nd jab yet. I had it in May ! I will be moving surgeries asap. This is the most inefficient practice I have ever been.

All patients of this GP should go find another GP .This is the worst of the worst I ever have registered with GP. . No wonder we have alot of back lockof patients in the country.. I dont think the NHS system deserves any pay increase. They dont work few hours a day. Care workers rightfully deserve the pay increase not this GP staffs

Spent over a hour on hold trying to book a slot for a covid vaccination for my grandson who is asthmatic despite being sent a letter by the practice to ring and book a appointment . Tried again in the afternoon only to be cut off by the practice when I was next call in the queue. This is appalling patient care by this practice.
