Used them three times now and each time after I've had my car initially inspected I've then had to repeatedly chase up the quotation to be sent to me. Reception staff are not very friendly and make you feel as if you have no right to call in and bother them. The actual body shop seems to turn things around pretty quick, in fact much quicker than you get the quote. The quality of the body shop work has been flawless so far. UPDATE: Had to use them again recently and what a difference. Reception were very friendly and kept in touch regularly. Body shop did another great job and the car was returned fully valeted. Adjusting review upward to 4 stars.

I have had a very positive experience at Mitchell Inglis. The staff are all amazing at their jobs. They go above and beyond to ensure customer comes first. My xtrail had been hit side on. It was taken to a garage that the insurance recommended that garage made my car worse than it had been in the accident. I took my car to Mitchell Inglis. They repaired my car and made it look as good as new. I am thrilled with the job they have done. I would highly recommend you take your car to Mitchell Inglis. I wish I could give them a 10 star rating that's what they deserve.

Having hit a traffic island and damaged both drivers side wheels and tyres, Mitchell Inglis sent a recovery vehicle first thing the following morning as the accident happened the evening before. First class service from start to finish, excellent communication and car perfect when car returned when they said it would be ready. First class.

Didn't get paint job 100% right, they weren't attall happy with it and took it back in and redone the whole side again at their cost. Perfect job. Their customer service is second to none especially Linda and Derek I highly recomend them..
