So far, it's the best GP i have had in Glasgow. Doctors are helpful as much as they can. This is my first impression of course, hopefully it goes that way.

I am disgraced on my recent visit here. I am not a registerer patient to this practice but I was taking my neice to her appointment today who is still young enough for a pram, when approaching I noticed the steep stairs at the front entrance. My brother was also with me who suffers from cerebral palsy and uses a wheel chair so there was no way in me using the stair I phoned the reception to be told I could use the back entrance but when I got to the back I could not reach the back door as there were cars blocking this entrance when I discovered this I phoned reception and told them the problem for them to tell me "there were nothing they could do I would need to lift the pram and wheel chair over if I wanted to bring them in" so not wanting my neice to miss her appointment I had to take her in while my brother had to wait outside the practice in his chair while gettin soaked by the rain. I can't believe that medical professionals (upstanding members of the public) act in such a way. I will look forward to hearing back from yous on this matter.

This practice has done absolutely nothing to help my partner he ended up in intensive care in September last year 3 times we were told to expect the worst, fortunately he made it through but has had absolutely no checks from his own gp since leaving the hospital. Perhaps if his gp had been more on the ball he would of detected the cardiac enlargement which took his life on 24th November, subsiquently not one call from said gp to pass on condolences very poor service

You book an appointment and they never call you. It's months that I have to call them to remind them that they are not calling for the appointments they scheduled. "We are very busy with the coronavirus" !!!! ???? They lie. First thing their automatic voice message at the beginning of the call says: "if you have symptoms call 111". You have to self isolate and ask for a PCR!!! >>>SO THEY ARE NOT SEEING ANY PATIENTS WITH CORONAVIRUS!!! A&E is busy because GPs don't see their patients. Really disappointed with the attitude of the reception and the doctors. They take you for a fool.

My husband is registered in this practice and rarely visits. However, he is having issues with his leg swelling to the point he can't wear some trousers. Laughinly, he has a phone appointment, and to take a picture of his leg and by magic a diagnosis will be done??? An absolute joke, he could have a life threatening condition, if doctors can diagnos this with a picture and a phone call, good luck. In the meantime if this is more serious, you WILL hear from me as a severe concern. Concerned
