The price I paid at next to £70 and what I got are 2 totally different things... Not worth it really there's no nicer way to put it I'm afraid. I also had to pay an extra fee for the nail file and buffer which was used on my feet and this wasn't updated on the website, I was only told this on arrival. Around my cuticles are pretty sore too, had a few what was bleeding as I left the shop but that's not down to the lady been too rough I know this can happen at times when pushing the cuticles back as I have done this to myself odd occasion.. The leg massage, well I wouldn't call it a massage pretty much jus rubbed cream into my calves, and because my feet wasn't really that bad condition I didn't get much TLC The lady was lovely to talk to, very friendly but the service is really not that great, poor quality, poor value and really expensive... I just put this down to the shop been in meadowhall an that's what your paying for because its no better than your local trainee beauticians.

Booked a last minute appointment on the day which is hard to do at most nail places. Covid regulations in force and very good, everyone wearing masks and customers washing hands before treatments. Jess did my nails, though she said she was new she was very quick and professional. Can’t recommend it enough. Will be back.

I made a last minute appointment as my previous one at a different place was not booked in correctly

2/ 5

I made a last minute appointment as my previous one at a different place was not booked in correctly. When trying to book over the phone the lady who took the booking couldn’t hear me as there was a lot of background noise on her end and kept saying sorry it’s busy. I had to say my name about 6 times and my number too. She was telling me my name was not on the system which was obvious as I had never been there, then realised she never asked if I was a returning customer. When I got there they again could not find my name. Shocker! They’d spelt it wrong and eventually I was told to wash my hands. Thought this was a Covid procedure so I did as told and then was asked to come and sit down. I realised she didn’t even know what I wanted, even though I had said on the phone. So I told her it’s my toes I’m wanting done. She then moved me to a different place. A lady came over and started the procedure. She was friendly and began to do the process to remove the previous gel. Once she had done (took around 4 mins) she said I’d have to wait until they were ready. I was also told that I’d have to pay for the nail file at the end. (One of their Covid rules) She asked me what colour I was going to go for and said she’d go and get me some colours to look at. She never came back. I waited around 20 mins and someone came over to ask if I had chosen my colour. This woman didn’t introduce herself like the last. She then began starting the process of sorting my cuticles etc. She did not speak to me at all. It was very awkward. She must’ve spend at least 20/25 mins with me and did not try to make conversation. Only at the end she said ‘I always go for white.’ Not great to be honest with you. Once done she said she’d meet me at the front for payment. She was with another lady as clearly she had no idea to work the till. I paid for my nails and then she said she forgot to put on for my nail file and block which was £2.00. I gave cash. And was on my way. The nails came out decent. They were £30.50, along with a soak of my previous gel. So pricing wasn’t too bad. Just the service was not professional and I felt very awkward having to sit there without speaking to someone who was doing my nails. I will not be going back there.
