On Saturday December 8th 2021 Mills and Reeve 'employees' (or hired thugs) delivered paperwork to an address I was a visiting. The men slapped the plastic folders containing the papers onto people's arms and then threw it onto the floor where it blew into the road causing cars to swerve and illegal littering to be observed. Is this the normal actions of a professional law firm?? All of the men were unemotional and uncaring to the job in hand. Disgusting advertisement for your firm. Also scruffy and unkempt. You really need to relook at your training schedule and sack whoever employs your staff. Have a good day!!
