This practice has just this week literally saved my life! If it wasn’t for my doctor calling me at home & then booking me an ambulance I would’ve died from cardiac arrest the same evening! My doctor asked me a couple of questions then acted immediately! If he hadn’t have done what he did then I would be dead right now, because I died later on Wednesday night in the Stoke Royal who then brought me back! I can never repay or be thankful enough to Dr Mistry! You saved my life! Thank you literarily from the bottom of my heart ❤️

I get a text about arranging a flu jab but when I ring up to make an appointment the phone is continuously engaged. When by a miracle it rings I get a recording telling me about all the rules and don't turn up before ringing first then wait for a receptionist to answer. No answer then the call times out. I won't get my flu jab at this rate, thanks for nothing.

I have no issues with the Staff , but what is being done about making it easier to get through on the telephone ? , as it's constantly engaged !

Update (6/5/21) Rang 5 times yesterday between 10:30am - 5:45pm and was told repeatedly the doctor has not looked at my medication request. I was so low last night I contacted the Samaritains as this doctor also knows about my mental health struggles. Feel very let down by this surgery time and time again. Over 7 hours yesterday the doctor never looked at my request for a problem I actually came in to see him about in April. The attitude of the receptionist are terrible. They are increasingly trying to take the place of a doctor and not a receptionist. When I ring it feels like an immigration process. I've been abruptly spoken too by a couple of the female receptionists in the past. The Dr I came to see recently does not put me at ease atall infact I feel uncomfortable. I feel there's no patient and Dr relationship atall. I feel that I am just a number on a piece of paper. The same Dr tried to stop my medication which I have took for 2 years when I had asked for an emergency supply due to running out and forgetting to order my repeat. These are Opioids and highly addictive and I was shocked that when I mentioned this to him on my recent visit that it was him who had tried to stop my meds immediately with no proper control. He said he would not have done that. It was him!! What's happened to the health staff. Use to be so friendly and open. Not now you are lucky to get a smile from most!
